Okay seriously... how do y'all build up your self esteem? I think I'm taking years off of my life by hating myself so much every day. I still can't grasp this "self love" thing. - Facebook Status​

Honestly, brutal. Seeing people going through it on facebook/social media in general sucks.

Personally, I see life as a garden. An everyday process. A working and working. One of the toughest parts is accepting I will fail to be who I want to be everyday while I'm in the process of becoming (Hopefully, I'm always in this process as that's how I define living.).

Anyway, the comments underneath the post were brutal as well, but I'll save the team that pain.
